A complex and very rewarding bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout that has been our labour of love over the last two years.

Presented in a distinctive 750ml bottle with cork and muselet enclosure, enjoying waters of lethe is an event in itself. Aromas of vanilla, oak, and sweet bourbon evolved over an eight month ageing process combine with notes of rich chocolate, roasted malts, and coffee to present an Imperial Stout to very much savour and enjoy.
